Job Description

Volt is seeking a Cost Engineer to work onsite at our client’s facility in Mossville, IL. This is a contingent position forecasted for 12 months.

Within this role, you will:

  • Develop should cost models for engine components and engine systems

  • Work with a team to achieve project timeline goals

  • Interact with purchasing, suppliers, engineering, and production to fully understand and develop models

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Pro/E

  • Knowledge and experience with manufacturing process, engineering design and development

  • Strong communication, problem solving, teamwork and presentation skills

* This position is located in Mossville, IL. Candidates must be able to relocate to this location at their own expense. *

Must be available to work on W2 for Volt. No C2C or 3rd party vendors please.
