Job Description

Part Time Administrative Assistant

Hours: 24 hr/ week, M-F between the hours of 8 AM-4:30 PM (flexible)

Pay: $16/hr

Location: Champlin, MN

Job Description:

This is an exciting, entry-level position to introduce you to the finance-side of business. It will allow you to get your foot in the door with a growing company and has the potential to turn into a full-time job. Responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry into financial system

  • Assisting with accounts payable

  • Using office filing systems, as well as systems and processing

  • Updating spreadsheets

  • Answering phone calls and assisting with call allocations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Decent math aptitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to multi task and work between multiple computer systems

  • Typing accuracy
