Job Description:

Establishing and maintaining initial renewal licenses and appointment records for all business divisions within the company and then submitting those appointments in a timely manner. Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all initial renewal appointments are processed in accordance to company regulations

  • Review applications to ensure reps are properly licensed

  • Prepare and submit applications and fees online

  • Maintain computer records

  • Appropriately charge agencies/agents for appointments

  • Obtain approval for hiring and confirm fees to be charged back

  • Review applications and determine what additional info is required

  • Work w/ internal teams on problem areas

  • Create and maintain records for agents and representatives within federal guidelines

  • Process contracts and paperwork

  • Ensure candidates are properly licensed

  • Obtain legal documents

  • Work closely w/ firm, broker agencies and other field offices

  • Calculate fees

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Knowledge of licensing procedures and corporate licensing for each state

  • Working knowledge of products offered by various divisions of state/ federal licensing

  • Ability to update appointments and licensing systems

  • Familiarity w/ external broker/dealers that work w/ the company

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail
