REPORT DEVELOPER/BUSINESS ANALYST PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY!
We are looking for a strong REPORT DEVELOPER who will be responsible for providing data analysis and visual reporting stories for internal and external clients. We are looking for someone who can "tell a story" with data in detailed presentations.
This opening will involve understanding client-specific Managed Service Program (MSP) processes and the underlying human capital data being produced, conduct cost savings, quality, and supplier performance analysis. Additionally, this position will involve performing data audits and cleansing data and will use business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Excel, Mini-tab and SQL for analysis to produce reports, scorecards, and prepare presentations for clients.
Data visualization knowledge required!
Ability to build a “tell a story” with data is important
Data analysis, profiling, and auditing skills
Understanding of statistics with the aptitude to further your knowledge
Mid-level knowledge of Tableau is required!
Advanced Excel skills including macros is a must!
SAS, R, Minitab or similar software would be nice!
VBA and SQL programming desired!
Intermediate to advanced MS Access skills desired
Business Analyst background preferred
Presentation skills required!
Experience in Human Capital supply chain(staffing) preferred, though the ability to quickly understand new business models is more important
BS/MS in Computer Science/Operations Research/Business Intelligence/Data Management/Statistics OR any other BS/MS Degree with relevant work experience
