Temporary Senior Assistant

Hours: M-F; 8 AM - 4:45 PM

Pay: $18/hr

Location: St Paul

Job Description:

The main priority of a Senior Assistant is to mange the calendar of the Senior Manager. You will be assigning importance to emails and phone calls, based off of the senior managers direction. Duties include:

  • Overseeing the calendar

  • Scheduling meetings

  • Gathering information to prepare agendas

  • Documenting meetings

  • Prioritizing events and rearranging schedules based on discretion

  • Coordinating w/ senior manager to ensure deadlines are met

  • Screen emails and phone calls

  • Respond to questions and take appropriate action

  • Provide general administrative support

  • Coordinate travel, plan special events


  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lotus notes and Sharepoint

  • 1 year of experience in a position in which you were conducting similar tasks w/ measurable success

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, professionalism and interpersonal skills

  • Effective organization skills to coordinate multiple activities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use sound judgement
