Position Duties: Integrating security into the product lifecycle from design through deployment, in collaboration with engineering teams, product teams, and others across the organization. Performing security reviews on internal and third-party applications, evaluating proposed network changes, or providing guidance on security/coding best practices. Conducting security risk assessments using automated SAST and DAST (Static and Dynamic Application Security Testing) tools. Validate and investigate vulnerabilities identified using SAST and DAST tools. Reviewing violations of computer security procedures, providing remediation guidance to developers and technical managers, promoting security awareness to ensure system security and to improve server and network efficiency. Developing custom security tools and processes used by security teams.Job Requirements: Position requires a master’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related and One (1) year of experience in the job offered as an Engineer or related work experience.Must have one (1) year of experience in each of the following skills: Python scripting; Java programming; Unix; Operating systems; Relational databases; Data encryption; Enterprise information systems and technology; Firewalls; and Data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design concepts.Rate of pay: $115,918 - $157,000 / year
