Essential Functions:

• Develop comprehensive project timelines that merge requirements with company goals and coordinate various department project managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
• Coordinate and direct the project teams comprising of IT, Business Operations, and various business units, ensuring effective collaboration and project progress.
• Manage and adjust for any project roadblocks or changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, submitting project deliverables, and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports on the project's progress, problems, and solutions to executive management.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven working experience in project management, specializing in software development and IT project management.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise-level application development, including CRM and ERP systems.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a strong advantage.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

Pay Range:$40.00 -$75.00/HR (depending on experience)
