Travel Company is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Travel and Fundraising Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with nonprofits and other organizations to design and execute group fundraising trips. You will leverage your sales skills to promote both yourself and the company ensuring successful fundraising initiatives and memorable travel experiences for the clients. Duties: Collaborate with Nonprofits: Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit organizations to understand their fundraising goals and objectives. Design Group Fundraising Trips: Work closely with nonprofits to create customized group fundraising trips that align with their mission and target audience. Sales and Promotion: Utilize your sales expertise to effectively promote yourself and Fundraiser Travel, persuading clients to choose us for their fundraising travel needs. Close Sales: Close with confidence, ensuring that clients are committed to their fundraising trip and are satisfied with the services provided. Group Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of group travel, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and logistics, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants. Detail-Oriented Approach: Pay close attention to detail throughout the planning and execution process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their fundraising trip, cultivating long-term partnerships and repeat business. Requirements: Proven experience in sales Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others Excellent organizational skills and attention to details Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience with computer software with confidence in navigating travel and customer management systems Passion for travel, fundraising, and making a positive impact in the community Why you want to join the team!
