Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to receive, ship, and service materials throughout the Plant according to SFC policies and guidelines.

  • Develops and maintains accurate and punctual methods in receiving and shipping products, supplies and raw materials.

  • Performs actions in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Performs needed housekeeping and organization of assigned work area (i.e. critical function of this position).

  • Performs required accurate / precise inventories as directed by Supervisor.

  • Supports and implements SFC policies, work instructions and procedures.

  • Perform all other duties as directed by Purchasing Manager.

Other:

  • Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules

  • Must be able to work extended hours when required

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Forklift experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years manufacturing desired, but not required.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Good math and reading skills.

  • Ability to follow directions and specifications.

  • Ability to lift 50-lbs regularly.

  • Must be available to work extended hours when required.
