DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: POSITION SUMMARY: The Retail Support Associate is responsible for entering data collection, entry and reporting and order to track all new merchandise in the Point-of-Sale system. This position will also support Retail Operations by providing basic administrative support such as routing mail, issuing requested resources and working with other team members on projects as assigned.   The Retail Support Coordinator will also be the primary contact to coordinate donation acquisition activities such as pickups and donation drives.

Duties will also include but are not limited to:  * Compile, review, and maintain data from contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents to record inventory data into POS system or other tracking database as assigned.  * Keep records on the use or damage of stock or stock-handling equipment, as notified of these issues.  * Track, prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, costs shortages, shipments, expenditures, transportation data and items used or issued.  * Purchase new or additional inventory and prepare documents that are provided for such purchases.  * Oversee data collection practices for DGR operation support functions  * Complete required data submission within established timelines.  * Oversee data collection including donor data, transaction data, waste diversion as well as all other identified data points.

External Hiring Range: $13.00/hour

QUALIFICATIONS:  * High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  * No experience required, will train the right person for the job.

REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:  * Candidates are expected to provide current, valid Child Abuse clearance.
