Immediately hiring full time Production Associates located in North Wales, PA. for a mid-size manufacturing company. Workers will be responsible for working with intricate parts and will be trained on assembly of parts manufactured. Prior experience with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and other sorts of gauges along with manufacturing/production experience would be required for this position. Applicants must be comfortable to committing to work full time hours with reliable transportation.

Description:

This individual will be working throughout the machine shop, performing a variety of inspections on machined parts, and trained on some type of CNC based machinery:

• Responsible for performing in-process inspections on machined parts using calipers, micrometers and other gages/measuring equipment

• Deburr all parts as they come off the machine in accordance with established work practices specific to the parts being made.

• Responsible for loading parts into machines and following safe operation practices.

• Keeping finished parts organized on carts to ensure they move to the proper next department for manufacturing purposes

• Responsible for keeping a clean and safe work environment.
