Description:

Will be working in production and shipping area. Shipments are received every hour

Working closely with the shipping and receiving team.

Responsible for verifying accuracy of documentation and labels, read and verify information on forms is accurate (BOL, BOM, and COA)

Verify labels are correct with raw material information and quantity

Responsible for scanning documents on a computer

Shift:

5:00am-1:30pm/ Tuesday-Saturday

1:00pm-9:30pm / Monday-Friday

Experience:.

1-2 years of Receiving Inspection is ideal but not required. Will be trained on all aspects of job.

1-2 years of food industry experience (preferred).

Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred.

Language Skills: Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills required.

Other Skills: Must have strong leadership skills, computer skills, critical thinking skills, be able to adapt to constant changes, and be able to work independently with moderate supervision.

Other Abilities: To meet deadlines, responsibilities may require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours.
