Volt Workforce Solutions is currently seeking entry level Engineers for a client in the Northern California area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties Includes the following (other duties may be assigned or removed upon requirement):
Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
Provides training and guidance to OP team members to accomplish production goals.
Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
Maintain all AE related stations and tools regularly
Report tools and jigs failure analysis
Always keep the work in safety condition and follow the safety rules.
Summary test result report to supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions from groups or managers.
Ability to provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
Ability to attain and maintain state of the art knowledge of all Pegatron technology product and industry trends.
Strong listening, oral and written communication skills, ability to motivate.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills as well as administrative management skills.
Ability to develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
Familiar with Excel.
