Job Description

Position Overview: Determination of failure root cause and appropriate corrective action, help prevent recurrence or minimize the number of future failure. Provide failure analysis summary and reports including recommended corrective actions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties Includes the following (other duties may be assigned or removed upon requirement):

  • Determination of failure root cause and appropriate corrective action, help prevent recurrence or minimize the number of future failure.

  • Provide failure analysis summary and reports including recommended corrective actions.

  • Lead the analyzer team to execute failure analysis and repair the products.

  • Conduct analyzers' training and testing, establish analyzer performance evaluation system and monitor their performance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Detailed oriented, able to concentrate on the work assigned

  • Able to perform all stations on the line

  • Able to exemplify professional behavior in all aspects of their position

  • Excellent listening, oral communication skills

  • Able to mentor other technical team members

  • Willing to support other department

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or similar engineering discipline).
