Mental Health Professional (MSW, LCSW, Professional Counselor or LPC)

We are hiring Part-Time (32 hours a week & On Call positions !

This is a combined posting for a Social Worker LCSW, Social Worker MSW, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Professional Counselor. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on qualifications. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The LCSW incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The LCSW will collaborate with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT). The LCSW shall perform duties in a manner that respects patient self-determination, that reduces health disparities/barriers to care, and adheres to the NASW code of ethics, Standards of Practice (SOP), and mission.

The CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The CSWA incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The CSWA will collaborate with the patient and support system(s) to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT). The CSWA shall perform duties in a manner that respects patient self-determination that reduces health disparities/barriers to care and adheres to the NASW code of ethics and Standards of Practice (SOP).

The Licensed Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified.

The Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Professional Counselor will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified.

Social Worker LCSW

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).

  • Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.

  • Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered upon hire.

  • Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

  • 2 years of relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in acute care settings.

  • Experience working in residential or inpatient setting.

Social Worker LCSW, Salary Range:

Min: $38.95, Max: $61.67

Social Worker MSW

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work

  • Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License upon hire. Or

  • Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement.

Social Worker MSW, Salary Range:

Min: $34.62, Max: $54.81

Licensed Professional Counselor

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field.

  • Oregon Professional Counselor License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.

  • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Licensed Professional Counselor, Salary Range:

Min: $38.95, Max: $61.67

Professional Counselor

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in counseling or related field.

  • Oregon Professional Counselor Associate License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.

  • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Professional Counselor, Salary Range:

Min: $34.62, Max: $54.81
