Bilingual Customer Service/ Inside Sales

Schedule: 12 pm- 9 pm

OFF: Tuesday &Friday

Pay: $16.00 P/Hr

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Calm, professional demeanor

• MS Office 365 including, Outlook, Excel and MS Word

• Data entry experience preferred

• HS or equivalent required
