Holtec International Production Coordinator in Orrville, Ohio
Po s i t i o n S u m m a ry
T h e pr i m a r y p u rpo s e o f the Production Coordinator will be to able: to plan detailed operations, bills of material and routings from engineering drawings, engineering orders , change notices, and other engineering releases, prepare shop work orders for materials and product processing from interplant requisitions, create manifest, invoices and billing, maintains progress reports, schedules, and other related records.

Reviews and releases interplant requisitions (IPRs) in Holtec software application
Creates sales orders in accounting/engineering software (Macola)
Releases pick ticket to the floor for shipping/billing
Creates shop floor work orders for interplant work in Macola
Updates cost code/labor software with shop floor work orders
Set up new accounts in Macola and EPICS and assists in performing credit checks
Enters and maintains information in the IPR project list
Reviews IPR list for open projects for billing
Files completed IPRs and other documents - hard copy and electronically
Interprets drawings for information input into various software applications
Creates bills of materials, routing, tooling and costing standards for new work
Updates any pricing changes in MACOLA
Creates work order in the extrusion software (EPICS)
Creates new items numbers in EPICS
Coordinates with purchasing to generate a material purchase order in EPICS
Processes manifest for extrusion in EPICS
Coordinates with corporate accounting to create invoices from pick tickets
Modifies or closes out orders in EPICs
Runs labor hours worked for various projects using Crystal Reports
Verifies quote, price, bills and sends invoice to customers for commercial orders
Checks with A/R for invoices and notify commercial customers of late payment
Reviews engineering documents for inspection, routing and material traceability accuracy
Assists plant and accounting during inventory
Investigates backflushing and costing errors with corporate accounting

Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Knowledgeable with computer databases and various applications
Detail oriented and highly organized
Manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
Work with multiple levels of the organization
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both verbal and written format
Complete work independently and assignments with little supervision

High School or Equivalent Degree
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledgeable with computer databases and various applications
Accounting and bills of material experience, preferred
Experience working with a manufacturing environment, preferred
Physical Requirements
General physical mobility required. Must be able to push, pull and reach, frequently bend sit, stoop, climb and stretch
Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 20 lbs
Have a normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate
