ManpowerGroup Customer Service Rep in Panama City, Florida

Our client, in Panama City is seeking a CSR to join their team. As a CSR you supporting a shipping logistics company monitoring progress of delivery routes. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of call center experience, great customer service and experience with Microsoft Office.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Panama City (32404)

Pay Range: $16.00 hourly

Availability: Monday - Saturday 7 AM - 7PM (not exact schedule, but availble to work during those times)

What’s the Job?

  • Work with customers, buisiness partners, and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience.

  • Assist via phone and email, handling customer concerns, offering solutions in a friendly and timely manner.

  • Monitor delivery routes and process cancellations and change orders.

  • Other assigned clerical/administrative duties for the role.

What’s Needed?

  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint

  • At least one year of Call center experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to multitask and understand de-escalation techniques, and great problem solving skills, while providing exceptional customer service.

What’s in it for me?

  • $16.00 hourly, with potentail OT at $24.00 hourly
