Job Description
The Intel Automotive (IA) EPMO team is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with deep expertise in software architecture, development and deployment. Intel Automotive is chartered to transform the automotive market by solving customer challenges with innovative hardware and software product offerings. Silicon as a percent of a vehicle's BOM is expected to grow from 5 percent today to 20 percent by the end of the decade. As our share increases so will the importance of managing a robust pipeline of programs to deliver market-leading products. The Enabling and Program Management Office (EPMO) provides a critical central function for IA and serves as a change agent in ensuring the organization achieves execution excellence. EPMO defines/performs to execution standards, decision making frameworks, expedites issue resolution and ensures accuracy and transparency in program execution. As a PM in IA, you will be driving software execution of one or more of our exciting new programs as we expand Intel's presence in the automotive market.
You will be responsible for leading software programs to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of key deliverables which meet or exceed customer requirements. You will oversee execution throughout the program lifecycle from ideation/design win through development, execution, power on and beyond, including scaling and sustaining. This is a visible role that interfaces across multiple Intel business units and involves working across multiple organizations, customers, senior technical leaders, and senior management.
Responsibilities also include but not limited to:
Driving execution, including defining and tracking deliverables required to meet customer software, platform and silicon requirements, timelines, and budget, managing risks and actively removing roadblocks throughout the lifecycle
Developing a strong relationship with internal and external partners and customers
Driving customer feature requests through the change control process and ensuring feature responses are delivered at speed and on budget
Providing clarity and focus for the team in a dynamic environment
Defining and delivering indicators on progress to management and senior leadership
Role modeling optimized use of processes to streamline execution and ensure repeatable success.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering field (e.g., Software Engineering or Computer Science)
10+ years industry experience in software engineering programs
5+ years of experience in a Technical Program Management or Execution Leadership role focused on software, utilizing methodologies such as Agile/Scrum
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering program or technical program management experience in automotive industry, with demonstrated knowledge of key automotive-centric requirements
PMP certification
Certifications such as CSM, PSM or PMI-ACP

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,041.00-$259,425.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
