We're seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, Business Sanctions Lead join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid - In office 3 days a week, from home 2 days a week) In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Acting as the first point of escalation for Treasury Services sanctions related matters. Conducting comprehensive assessments and analyzing sanctions related risks. Managing sanctions issues identification, escalation, and resolution, including collaborating with stakeholders, conducting root cause analysis, developing action plans, monitoring controls, and ensuring timely closure and evidence preparation. Blocking and reporting of property related to a sanctions target, when required. Preparing the annual Financial Crimes Risk Assessment, completing sanctions surveys and data lineage cards.  Respond to questions and track and record SDDQ responses and exposure. Drafting and distributing client-focused external sanctions related communications. Actively engaging in dialogue with stakeholders at all levels, challenging decisions when necessary, and demonstrating leadership, including the ability to manage people if needed. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Advanced degree preferred 7-10 years of total work experience with 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
