Helps improve routine to complex organizational processes and systems by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. Performs detailed requirements analysis, documents processes, and performs user acceptance in order to understand the problem, formulate the requirements and deliver the solution.

If you are located in WI or MN, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analysis and documentation

• Identifies and defines business requirements

• Constructs workflow charts and diagrams

• Validates resource requirements and develops basic cost estimate models

• Manages complex requirement conflicts, and assists associate and intermediate level Business Analysts with moderately complex to complex requirement conflicts

• Implements, modifies, tests, and administers business system applications independently

• Improve current systems by studying current practices and designing modifications

• Documents and communicates processes in need of improvement

• Communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

• Customer management and support

• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

• Implements, tests, and deploys solutions to business problems

• Supports business transition and helps to establish change

• Project management

• Manages medium to large size projects, develops project plans, and monitors project performance

• Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements

• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in a business analyst role or a related position required

• Experience working in a healthcare environment

• Highly Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

• Experience presenting to client leadership and team members

• Telecommute role residing in MN or WI

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPIC experience
