ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• Perform Preventative Maintenance (P.M.) and repairs in all guestrooms.
• Complete a P.M. checklist on each guestroom. Checklist includes PCH room "standards" for furniture, doors and windows, bathroom fixtures, walls and ceilings, electrical and mechanical items.
• Daily, accomplish P.M. checklist in a minimum of ten rooms per day.
• Rotate room schedules to provide P.M. on each guestroom four times a year (quarterly).
• Coordinate with Front of the House Supervisor on guestrooms needing additional repairs and issues that require engineering assistance.
• Must follow daily room schedule, as well as correct pin pointed issues and provide acceptable VIP room accommodations.
