Description

Robert Half is seeking an HR Coordinator with a focus on Talent Lifecycle. This is an amazing opportunity with competitive pay, great benefits, strong company culture and tons of growth. This is not an opportunity to wait on.

What you get to do every single day

  • Manage the lifecycle of the employees after they have been hired. This includes:

  • Evaluate employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly

  • Create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations

  • Work with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain standards

  • Offboarding as needed

  • HRIS employee file management

  • Craft official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters

  • Preserve physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records

Requirements

  • HR experience specifically in Onboarding and employee lifecycle management

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required

  • Seasoned in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • 1+ years of human resources experience

  • Strong time management skills preferred
