Yorktel is currently seeking a Technical Production Team Producer - Team Lead who will manage a team of event producers dedicated to the client that are responsible for managing all internal events from scheduling to production and post-production activities. This position will ensure that all events are produced without operations incidents and that the appropriate staff are engaged.Roles & Responsibilities:Train new hires to ensure they follow the appropriate onboarding schedule.Manage team document library and look to improve documents and any processes currently employed by the team.Supervise the senior producer in the intake process, event creation and scheduling of the team.Act as the primary point of contact for the Yorktel Team at client.Manage and maintain a positive working relationship with site leadership and the customers.Manage and maintain a positive working relationship with other on-site resources and vendors.Identify potential business or service improvement opportunities for Yorktel on-site and escalate them to Program or Account Management.Identify and escalate any potential issues with the site or customer relationship specific to the assigned site.AV and Collaboration services support as requested by client.Report and document service requests and provide results for inclusion in the Monthly Metrics Reports provided by the York Management team to the client.Provide weekly site status reports to ensure effective resolution of issues or concerns.Provide high level of customer service to all clients who require Meeting, AV or collaboration services support.Supervise maintenance of a current calendar of “Special” and Executive level events and upcoming events and use proper escalation procedures as necessary.Conduct consultation and planning meetings with client event organizers to ensure the correct technology is being used, leading to successful meetings / events.Document technical requirements and services to be provided for “Special” and Executive level events and communicate the services and requirements to York Management.Proactively contact event organizers to offer support services for upcoming events.Coordinate the bidding and scheduling of additional vendor support for events as requested.Assist in the development of event support policies and procedures.Provide best effort assistance to fulfil any multimedia technical needs as assigned, including all Client Collaboration tools.Execute and assist Service Delivery Center in all aspects of videoconferences including call set up, end user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of trouble issues.Provide consultation and education to all levels of end users on presentation technology equipment.Assist in the development of event planning forms and processes.Coordinate and provide specialized and focused training sessions on the use of collaboration space AV equipment & related technology.Troubleshoot AV and videoconferencing related technology (various projectors, control systems, audio and videoconferencing) to complete resolution when issues occur.Maintain collaboration space integrity in compliance with SOPs established by the York Telecom operation management team.Responsible for administration of tasks associated with team, such as time reporting, project fulfilment, etc., as directed by Program Manager.Collate and report service escalations to Program Manager.Responsible for knowledge of and adherence to all internal York Telecom policies and procedures.Ensure that related SLAs are met on a consistent basis.Skills & Abilities:Strong computer skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple projects at same time.Ability to manage schedule based on a global business.Ability to troubleshoot and work with remote staff.Ability to work independently, make sound decisions and meet deadlines.Problem solving and troubleshooting of network issues.High level of customer first mentality.Education & Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required.5+ Years experience with A/V systems.5+ Years experience producing events.Additional Requirements:Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.Frequent sitting and standing.Current and active driver’s license.Ability to work at different locations throughout NJ as required.Travel within the NJ area 20% time.Domestic travel (outside of NJ) 5%.Join us and you will enjoy an excellent salary and benefits package, including 401k and Flex 125 plans.We conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
