POSITION: CSR I - Golf Product Advisor

DUTIES: Our client is a sports technology company in the Golf Industry with a passion for its customers and for having fun! Our client is looking for a highly motivated team player to join our outstanding customer service team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide customer support to customers, manage case logs and resolutions, track orders, offer additional products where appropriate, and maintain an exceptional level of customer service. Our client is looking for someone with electronic hardware and/or mobile device skills, gaming experience, as well as a strong background with computer hardware, Windows OS, Mobile Applications, and iOS.

• Provide customer support for products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with product installation, general troubleshooting, and application assistance over the phone or by email.
• Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and website.
• Create and document customer contact history in the Client system.
• Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction in certain situations.
• Promote products and services.

REQUIREMENTS: * Education requirement: Currently enrolled in high school, high school diploma or equivalent. * 6 months experience in a customer-focused position.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Customer service & knowledge of the golf industry or game, preferred. * Knowledge of technical support, application support, or gaming. * Technical proficiency with computers/mobile devices, software & iOS. * Excellent critical thinking skills, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. * Working knowledge of mobile applications and/or gaming and support devices. * Maintain high degree of accuracy and great attention to detail. * Communicate effectively, professionally, clearly, and courteously with customers. * General knowledge of golf terminology and/or familiarity with the sport. * Ability to work in fluid and ever-changing situation. * Willingness to adapt to Auxillium's highly positive culture as a supportive team member.

Work at Home Requirements: NOTE: The device must be a permanently installed computer (no laptops, Chromebooks or mobile devices). * Through our Bring Your Own Device & Internet Program, you will be required to meet our equipment and connectivity requirements in advance of your training start date. This includes: * Operating System: Windows 10 Professional, Processor: Intel, Memory 8GB, Hard Drive 256 SSD, Antivirus Protection: Windows Defender and Windows Firewall are recommended, USB Port for wired USB headset, at least 1 monitor supporting 1024x786, dual monitors recommended. * Current minimum speed requirements are 30 mbps download x 5 mbps upload speeds, preferably through broadband cable or fiber optic services. * Excellent critical thinking skills, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. * Working knowledge of computer equipment and technology and the implementation of such within an office/business environment. * Maintain high degree of accuracy and great attention to detail. * Communicate effectively, professionally, clearly, and courteously with customers. * Proficient in information management programs and MS Office

Orientation and the two weeks of training will be in person at our contact center located in La Junta, CO. Applicants must be able and willing to commute for this weeklong training.

This is a secure work-from-home position. You must reside in the Pueblo or Colorado Springs area to apply for the position. In the event that Auxillium opens a call center in the Pueblo or Colorado Springs area remote workers will transition to in-center operations.

WAGE: $14.75 /hour

SHIFTS: Multiple shifts available includes 8-hour shifts, 10-hour shi ts, and 12-hour shifts. May be required to work at least one weekend day as the project operates 7 days a week. The hours of operation are 6A - Midnight, looking to recruit for evening hours.
