Responsibilities:

Maintain annual calibration calendar for customer equipment, timely communicating, and coordinating with all stake holders to ensure equipment are calibrated as per schedule.

Handle logistics of such equipment if needed.

Perform calibration, repairs, testing on instruments based on, but not limited to, parameters like Pressure, Temperature & Electro Technical.

Prepare and maintain documents, records and certificates related to the calibration process as per ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of all the master instruments.

Efficient vendor management.

Travel to customer site for processes like audit, troubleshooting etc.

Maintain lab 5s and ensure that lab operates as per the policies and procedures defined by organization.

Ensure safe working environment in the lab, targeting 0 safety related incidents.

Strive for continuous improvement in all processes to optimize resource utilization.

Participate, with the team, in other project and testing related activities happening in the lab.
