Pete Lien and Sons, Inc. is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to work in Rapid City, South Dakota. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic performs services and repairs on company vehicles from light vehicles to heavy mining equipment. Monitors and maintains fluid levels, performs preventative maintenance, analyzes and identifies sources of mechanical failures, repairs and overhauls; predicts potential failures of vehicles based on historical and operating data, and assists with major repairs as needed.

Successful applicant must have his/her own tools, a valid drivers license and basic computer skills. Two Year Diesel Mechanic Degree and/or 3 years of experience as a mechanic preferred.
