Our scope includes customer billing and invoice, payment, revenue recognition, financial reporting, indirect and direct tax, general accounting, and more. The Revenue and Billing Platform Engineering team is looking for a Technical Program Manager with demonstrated technical capabilities, experience in front-end development, back-end processing, Azure technologies, great communication and cross-group collaboration skills. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate aptitude for problem solving, critical thinking, creativity/innovation, and attention to detail.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to drive project plans, release and comprehensive deliverables and smooth operation.

  • Responsible for the technical leadership and end-to-end development of large-scale distributed services and solutions.

  • Drive for results and impact through ownership, collaboration, and communication skills.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and projects.

  • Recognize business needs and translate those into requirements for engineering partners.

  • Bring clarity to ambiguous situations with clear roadmaps and duties.

  • Define the metrics by which we measure and judge successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of core financial services is helpful but not necessary.

  • Experience working in a global delivery model.

  • 3+ years of product management or program management experience.

  • Verbal and communication skills

  • 1+ years of data analysis and big data experience

  • Ability to thrive in an innovative, fast paced, evolving and ambiguous environment.

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
