ANR Group Inc is accepting resumes for a Senior Pipe and Valve Engineer Located in Richland, WA.

Initially anticipated to be a one-year assignment with the potential for extension. The hourly rate range for this position is $34-$74 per hour (plus full benefits) with overtime paid at time and ½ for hours worked over 40 in one week. Client allows for reimbursement of mobilization, daily per diem and M&IE, monthly trips home and demobilization.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK -- SPECIFIC

• Reports to Plant Design Engineering Group Supervisor
• Reviewing pipe and piping component related calculations and material evaluations.
• Prepare and coordinate piping and valve specifications and/or material requisitions, bid evaluations and award recommendations and perform detailed supplier bid technical evaluations and supplier document reviews.

• Candidate should have past experience with ASME B31.3 and other relevant industry piping codes and standards.

   

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• US Citizenship is required
• BS degree with 9 years of related experience Good knowledge of ASME B31.3 and other relevant industry codes and standards
• Experience in generating and executing material requisitions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• PE Registration
• Previous project experience
• Previous DOD/DOE project experience

• Experience with PipeWorks, TeamWorks and Client's Procurement System and Non-conformance reporting tools (NCR)
