What You’ll Be Doing
Ensures that evidence-based clinical practices are being implemented for all services provided in-home and center-based and is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of services by conducting monthly internal case audits
Ensures that supervisors and therapists are compliant with clinical protocols and procedures
Directly oversees a team of Clinical Supervisors in case supervision of ABA programming and provides training, support, and mentorship to supervisors
Reviews and provides feedback on program design and modifications
Ensures the team’s insurance reauthorizations are up to date and submitted on time
Provides monthly check-ins with all assigned Clinical Supervisors
Works with the Clinical Team to ensure re-assessments are current and done on time
Ensures that the clinical team’s billing audits are accurate and completed on time
Facilitates quarterly supervisor roundtables
Ensures clinical team hits quarterly production targets
Oversee client scheduling & pairing
Responsible for ensuring the clinical team maintains positive, professional, and cohesive work relationships with other internal workgroups; i.e. HR, Operations, Clients Relations & Revenue Cycle Management.
Oversee the proper management of the supervisor’s caseload size
Responsible for building clinical supervisors into effective leaders
You will provide 10 treatment hours per week with a small caseload of clients
Reports directly to the owners

What You’ll Bring
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience providing behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with developmental and pervasive disorders
3 years experience in a supervisory role
