Manufacturing General Labor pay starts at $20.39 up to $21.33 after 30 days.  

Shifts: Shift Differential is paid per USW Contract when working 2nd and 3rd shift - *Must be available on all shifts

1st: 7:00 am to 3:00pm, 2nd: 3:00pm to 11:00pm, 3rd: 11:00pm to 7:00am Fill in where needed, notification on Thursdays if you need to switch.

*Training: *Training will occur on 1st shift, and then you will move to 2nd or 3rd shift

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Able to demonstrate basic math and measurement skills
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools; including tape measures
• Able to work at a brisk pace throughout an 8 -- 12 hour shift in a non-sedentary position within a manufacturing environment
• Perform procedural quality inspections and identify defects as compared to written product specifications
• Able to read and follow all work instructions in a safe and effective manner
• Demonstrate outstanding attention-to-detail while always achieving superior safety, quality and productivity standards
• Develop Machine Operator qualifications by assisting Qualified Operators and through on-the-job training

Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired

• Prior Power industrial Truck (PIT) / Forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer skills -- data entry
• Prior Manufacturing or Industrial Services experience preferred
• Satisfactory reading comprehension, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willing and able to complete pre-employment drug and criminal background screenings if presented with a conditional offer of employment
• Must be willing and able to work mandatory overtime including weekends
