Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The position will initially be fully onsite until adequate training is provided, after which it will transition to a hybrid model. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of accounts receivable duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all non-student receivables, including those related to theatre, bookstore, and miscellaneous revenue areas

• Process payments through our marketplace

• Perform billing to third-parties

• Conduct weekly deposits and manage all cash transactions

• Execute regular bank reconciliations

• Handle change orders and check scanning operations

• Carry out collection duties as required

• Generate and download entry reports

• Utilize accounting software systems, including Acomba, to efficiently manage accounting functions

• Perform accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks, including check processing and monthly bank reconciliation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with Acomba software

• Capable of performing various Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to manage Check Processing

• Proficiency in conducting Bank Reconciliations
