About this role: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Senior Manager with a demonstrable record of success to focus on key ISV relationships that will help scale CyberArk's product portfolio, market reach, and competitive advantage. The Business Development Senior Manager will be responsible for creating, activating, and managing strategic relationships with high potential partners to drive meaningful partnerships and create value for both companies. In this role, you will grow and expand CyberArk's partnership with key strategic partners. You will define and execute partner activities that accelerate the partnership for both CyberArk and our strategic partners. Activities will include technical integration projects, go to market initiatives, and joint sales engagement activities. The measure of success will be joint revenue attributable to the strategic partners. What you will do:

  • Scale strategic technology alliances, by using technology integrations as the foundation to address customer needs, and ultimately generate incremental revenue & growth.
  • Learn the partners' business objectives, go-to-market approach, and channel; use this insight to build and execute joint partnership strategies focused on driving joint revenue
  • Uncover the areas for highest potential of new business to both parties and set a plan to drive execution with the partner to realize these new business opportunities.
  • Develop and present business cases that outline the benefits and joint value proposition of the partnership.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal organizations, such as product, marketing, sales, and technical teams, to ensure alignment. Execute cross-functional initiatives that will accelerate the partnership to the next level.
  • Identify the partners' decision makers and influencers, and develop relationships with senior leaders, key mid-level and line-level personnel to gain preference for CyberArk.
  • Maintain and grow CyberArk's partnerships with leading cyber insurance companies.
  • Lead CyberArk's participation in industry alliances such as IDSA - Identity Defined Security Alliance, CSA - Cloud Security Alliance, and the FIDO -Fast Identity Online Alliance.
  • Understand the identity security market, including the competitive landscape, market dynamics and product and technology trends.
    • Maintain a strong network of relationships across the industry with partners, potential partners, acquisition targets, competitors, investors, and thought leaders.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ experience with business development, partner management or strategic alliances in the cybersecurity or SaaS enterprise space.
    • Proven track record of building technology partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic working environment and build excellent rapport with internal teams.
  • Influence and help internal constituents and external parties see and then realize the value of working with CyberArk and on specific BD/Alliance initiatives.
  • Comfortable working East Coast hours.

The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $170,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
