Senior Endowment Accountant - REMOTE Our client, a private college located in Boston, MA, is seeking a Senior Endowment Accountant to join their team! This role will report to the Director of Accounting and handle the endowment accounting to support their year-end close. This position will be responsible for the accounting workflow for gift and scholarship accounting. This is a fully remote position but must be able to work EST hours. Responsibilities:

• Reconciliations - pledge receivable account, balance sheet account, advancement clearing account, gift net asset roll forward for the FY24 in excel
• Create new temporary and endowed gifts and new scholarship codes
• Reconcile endowed contributions
• Create and book journal entries

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• 6+ years of experience preferred
• Prior Workday general ledger experience & endowment accounting experience is required
