• Perform detailed design on a large variety of civil engineering projects
• Complete assigned projects within budget and schedule limitations
• Maintain and prepare technical correspondence and engineering reports
• Use engineering and computer systems (including AutoCAD and Softdesk) to develop engineering and mathematical analysis of design problems as well as complete maps, drawings, and take-offs for cost estimating
• Perform calculations necessary for mapping and construction staking
• Work as part of a design team under the direct supervision of a Registered Civil Engineer

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate (desirable)
• 2 to 4 years related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD
