Job Description

Volt workforce solutions is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to grow into a Dispatcher !

  • Schedule: (Sunday thru Thursday) or (Tuesday thru Saturday) including holidays

  • Shift: 6:30 am to 3 pm but may change once trained to 11 am to 7:30 pm

  • Pay: $15/hour

  • Walk in times: 9am-4pm

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Looking for a Customer Service Representative to start and grow into a dispatcher.

  • Finding and pulling files.

  • Data entry.

  • Booking technicians.

  • Follow up with customer with schedule changes and communicating with technicians.

  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.

  • Must be proficient on the computer which includes email, excel and general data entry.

  • Need to be efficient and accurate while entering data.

  • Must be able to multitask and work in a team environment.

  • They currently use FSA software- experience is not required they will train.

  • Able to be familiar with San Diego county.
