Volt is currently hiring for Data Entry Clerks in San Diego!


We are looking for successful, energetic and goal-oriented candidates to join our growing team. In this position you will be responsible for the compilation of historical financial data and inputting into the company's record-based platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Processing and Underwriting departments to ensure the accuracy of information

  • Responsible for looking through and understanding key attributes within bank statements

  • Responsible for entering data from historical financial records into system

  • Basic Excel Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Bank Statements

  • Ability to multitask a must

Required Skills and Abilities

  • 10 key speeds of 8000 KPH

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail Oriented Self-Motivated Individual

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Skilled at working with urgency and deadlines, handling confidential and time sensitive material to ensure turnaround times meet requirements

  • Ability to identify inconsistencies and problem solve with minimal direction
