Job Description

A company is looking for a Software Contracts Specialist to join their Supply Management group! This individual will be responsible for negotiating and redlining software and AI agreements for the IT portfolio. They will work with internal stakeholders to review redlines to key contractual terms, developing a nuanced pricing workbook with a project team, conduct pricing analysis, market analysis, and will work with a team to assess options on how to respond to supplier requests for contract changes. This is a hybrid position, and the individual will need to be onsite Tuesday-Thursday weekly.

6+ years of experience in a contracting/sourcing/legal position drafting and negotiating software licensing contracts Juris Doctorate

Experience with AI contracts

Ariba experience null
