Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and system management tools.

• Proactively identify and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime and impact on users.

• Implement and maintain backup, security, and disaster recovery strategies.

• Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.

• Document technical procedures and maintain accurate knowledge base articles.

• Collaborate with internal teams (network engineers, security specialists, help desk) to troubleshoot complex technical problems.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry best practices.

• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.
