Job Description

Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify a CRM Marketing & Budget Associate for immediate hire.

This position will support the daily operation of CRM Marketing, including budget tracking, financial reconciliation and other CRM tasks as necessary.

In this role you would be responsible for supporting CRM project cost estimate, budget tracking and purchase requests; support campaign email testing and provide proper feedback in a timely manner; support marketing campaigns and projects to meet business goals; support CRM projects to meet customer data handle requests, consumer privacy compliance and data security process requirements; and support CRM Marketing on ad-hoc business reports and campaign performance tracking.

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of marketing related experience, CRM marketing or agency experience preferred (not required). A background in budgeting, finance and reconciliation. Must have a completed Bachelors degree. Must be also highly proficient in using Excel including working knowledge of pivot tables and v look ups).

This is a full time, M-F from 8am - 5pm. Position is long term contract, estimated to last up to 1 year, with strong potential to be extended and/or go temp to hire. Pay rate is between $20-28/hr.
