Job Description

Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify an Analyst for immediate hire.

In this role you will be responsible for providing analytical support to their Parts department. In this role you will be responsible for developing reports, monitoring and tracking forecast demand, and supply of critical parts. Specific duties will entail developing, creating and updating reports of recalls and service campaigns; running reports in various systems to extract the necessary information and prepare daily, weekly and monthly ad hoc reports that detail forecast, demand, and back-order status of critical supply parts; communicate weekly with upper management and outside departments to communicate information and data; supporting the maintenance of the parts ordering system to minimize dealer back orders; monitoring daily supply of certain parts and dealer back orders; and document department and program processes as necessary to increase efficiency.

We are looking for someone with 1 2 years of analytical and reporting experience. Must have advance knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. SQL is preferred but not required. Must have a completed BA / BS degree.

Pay range is $24-26/hr. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am 5pm. Position is long term temp, estimated to last 12 months + and offers a foot in the door of a company always hiring on our top talent. The company offers lots of room to grow as well.
