Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify a Jr. Analyst for immediate hire.

This position supports all the national sales activity in an automotive OEM environment. In this role you will assist with tracking budget and incentive spend to allow maximum resource usage towards achievement of sales objectives; providing phone and email support to dealers and field personnel; helping dealers maximum their inventory listings count and quality; monitoring compliance to ensure customer experience meets program standards; refining metrics and reporting used by field personnel to review business with dealers to drive sales.

To qualify you must have a completed BA / BS degree. 6 months or more of analytical and reporting skills are ideal. Recent college graduates with some analytical and reporting experience will be considered as this company offers great

Pay rate is between $18-24/hr depending on experience. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am 5pm. Position is long term temp expected to last 12 months, possibly longer. It is replacing our current employee being hired on perm and promoted into a new role so it does offer a foot in the door of a company always hiring on our top talent.
