Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify a Marketing Analyst to assist with high volume data tracking, coordinating and reporting for 400+ event marketing vehicles.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department with experiential activities. Specific duties will entail managing department and event vehicles including but not limited to: developing, tracking, and reporting vehicle lists across multiple event schedules; manage internal and external relationships to facilitate procurement and delivery of vehicles in a timely manner to various events; be responsible for accuracy and communications of all vehicle records and lists to ensure compliance with all company and event vehicle policies; order vehicles for the events and support retail operations as needed. The role may entail supporting other marketing projects as well.
The ideal candidate will have very strong coordinating skills, event management a plus and the ability to work with high volume data.
Hours are full time M-F from 8am 5pm. Position is long term temp, up to 12 months, possibly longer. Pay range is between $20-25/hr.
