Job Description

Description/Comment: Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Meet with stakeholders regularly and understand the process in-detail

  • Define Metrics to help measure the processes

  • Help create dashboards to display metrics charts and trends

  • Explain metrics reports & dashboards to stakeholders and how they were arrived at

  • Troubleshoot issues with reports/dashboards

  • Track metrics on a daily basis and generate daily report


  • At least 5 years experience with Tableau

  • BS/MS degree in the area of Management Information systems, Computer Science or equivalent

  • Educational background and courses in statistical analysis, mathematics

  • At least 3 years experience in an Analytics role

  • Demonstrated experience with translating business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions

  • Working knowledge of HTML, JS, SQL, Python, bash

  • Strong SQL and RDBMS skills

  • Extensive experience in measuring process efficiency and identifying bottlenecks

  • Good communications skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to understand new workflows/technology

  • Ability to work pro-actively, individually and as part of a team

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment while working closely with users and lead cross-functional teams

  • Keep track of deadlines and consistently deliver on time
