Our client located in Santa Clara CA, is looking to hire a Technician for day shift. 8:00am to 5:00pm or 7:00am to 4:00pm on a contract for 1 year with possibility hired, or assignment extended depending on performance.



  • Maintain continuous operations of hundreds of iOS devices in the lab

  • Check status of devices and report and fix any electrical connection issues

  • Reset and record the status of devices after auditing them on a daily basis

  • Record experimental conditions, alerts, and make any changes suggested by lead experimenter

  • Organize observations in spreadsheets and report in meetings

  • Make small hardware changes to devices as necessary


Technician/ Senior Technician

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office- Excel (or Numbers), Word (or Pages), and PowerPoint (or Keynote)

  • Good understanding of thermal chambers and general consumer electronics wiring

  • Experience with iPhone usage- should be able to navigate through settings, apps, etc.

  • Extensive experience in lab setting executing experiments against a DOE
