The Digital Innovation Group (DIG) at Providence is a small but mighty product development and incubation team. As the Director of Product Analytics, you'll report directly to the VP of User Experience, operating at the nexus of advanced analytics, strategic thinking, and healthcare industry knowledge. We're not just looking for someone to fill a role; we're searching for a visionary who can transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you won't just analyze data - you'll sculpt the future of healthcare engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll be the architect of insights that drive enhancements in our product's value proposition, boost user adoption and engagement, and elevate the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and campaigns. Business Acumen: Set the strategy and roadmap for the analytics team, aligning with business needs across departments and the entire organization. Emphasize the importance of data by understanding that its value is measured by how frequently it informs actionable decisions. Data Integrity, Accuracy, and Tagging Strategy: Collaborate with data engineers to establish a robust data pipeline and data warehouse infrastructure, ensuring seamless and accurate data accessibility for all departments. Develop and implement a governance plan for maintaining data quality and structure. Possess expertise in all aspects of data management, including data governance, data mastering, meta-data management, and data taxonomies. Reporting: Own the end-to-end product analytics workflow, formatting success metrics and disseminating them across the organization. Project/Team Management: Define and enhance the toolset, processes, and deliverables for all aspects of analytics. Demonstrate the ability to build a high-performing analytics team, either from scratch or by expanding an existing team. Act as a trusted resource and advisor to a diverse network of colleagues. Develop and Attract Talent: Hire, mentor, and manage a skilled analytics team responsible for delivering consumer insights. Continuously enhance analytics capabilities, tools, processes, and best practices. Foster a challenging yet collaborative culture and build a talent pipeline to address skill gaps.
