Insight Global Floating Community Manager in Seattle, Washington

Job Description

- Act as a floating manager, providing support and oversight to various properties as needed.

- Manage a smaller portfolio remotely, ensuring efficient operation and tenant satisfaction without constant physical presence.

- Optimize apartment listings and conduct virtual and occasional in-person tours.

- Maintain communication with tenants, conduct surveys for improvements, and address concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.

- Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, and rental agreements.

- Prepare property performance reports and manage documentation.

- Issue legal notices and maintain records.

- Oversee the consumption of supplies and manage inventory effectively.

Skills and Requirements

- Minimum one year experience in property management or customer services

- Proficient with productivity software, including M.S. Office 365 and Google Workspace.

- Superb written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Team player and fast learner - Able to work on Saturday is preferred; living on-site is optional

- Knowledge of Yardi is preferred

- Experience with MFTE program

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Equivalent Disciplines preferred null
