As part of a small and highly skilled team, you will provide technical support to our engineers and staff to support a company building and launching space vehicles. This role will directly support launch and manufacturing operations as a member of the Information Technology department and reports directly to the West Region Supervisor of IT Support. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to high standards to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Qualifications: Proven track record working in a technical helpdesk or desktop support role for at least two years, supporting hardware/software troubleshooting and being in a customer-facing position Extensive experience with Windows 10; Microsoft Office including Project and Visio; Adobe products; Antivirus, Disk Encryption, and VPN applications Willing to be flexible with scheduled days and hours with reasonable notice as needed during operations or on-call Self-starter able to work with minimal direction Customer-centric attitude to support and instruct computer users to provide efficient resolution of complex problems Able to quickly assess situations and adapt to dynamic priorities Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to our culture of inclusion Required to be able to lift/carry up to fifty pounds as well as physically climb multiple flights of stairs, withstand prolonged standing, and work in adverse weather conditions Experience with Active Directory account and computer management and Network File Share structures and permissions Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Desired: Minimum of an A.S. degree in information technology or equivalent AS Degree in Information Technology or related field Certifications: A+, Network+, Security+ Proficiency with Windows printing and scanning operations, including installation and support of network devices Experience with endpoint management software platforms, desktop provisioning technologies like SCCM and PXE Comfortable with pulling structured cable and fiber and associated tools Ability to identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation PowerShell knowledge Printer deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting Basic Linux knowledge Inclusivity Statement Don't meet all desired requirements?
