The PeopleInsight (PI) org focuses on improving employee experience at Amazon, driving productivity and retention, and resulting in a motivated workforce of over 1.5 million associates and corporate employees. PI is looking for a customer obsessed Sr. PMT for Engage, an internal employee engagement product for Operations. This role will own and execute strategic cross-functional employee engagement initiatives across WW Operations audiences for high CSAT products. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in managing and delivering large scale products to customers. You will demonstrate business acumen and creativity in identifying opportunities to improve employee experience and bringing them to life by fostering an environment of experimentation and innovative thinking. You will be effective in building a network across partners and business leaders inside Amazon. You will demonstrate relentless customer obsession and work with peer groups in incrementally delivering on your product vision.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and manage the related roadmap

  • Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and product specifications

  • Work cross-functionally in developing an idea and gaining support from all stakeholders

  • Overseeing and owning the overall of product development and delivery

  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators for success

  • Drive end-to-end product delivery for Engage partnering with UX, Product, WW Ops stakeholders and tech partners

  • Communicate with senior management and other business/technical partners on product decisions, program status and risks

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $258,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
