<p>Establish strategic partnerships with existing APS Supplier Relationship Managers (SRMs) to maximize B2B supplier coverage across our network of thousands of APS suppliers</p>

<p>Act as the B2B expert and advocate within APS, educating SRMs on Wayfair Professional's value proposition and best practices for managing supplier relationships</p>

<p>Influence product assortment and supplier strategies to align with B2B customer needs, working through indirect channels and partnerships with SRMs</p>

<p>Assist in developing analytics and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights on supplier performance and market trends</p>

<p>Support complex B2B project orders by coordinating with SRMs and suppliers to meet customer requirements</p>

<p>Proactively gather and communicate market intelligence to help APS and Wayfair Professional adapt to the evolving B2B landscape</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Need:</strong></p>

<p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field</p>

<p>5+ years experience in collaborative roles such as B2B sales, supplier management, or partner enablement</p>

<p>Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to build relationships across a matrixed organization</p>

<p>Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data to uncover insights</p>

<p>Expertise in developing and delivering training programs to upskill partners</p>

<p>Deep understanding of B2B eCommerce trends, customer needs, and supplier dynamics</p>

<p>Ability to think strategically while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and get into the details</p>
